Job Responsibility:
Using Sage 50 - experience essential
Processing invoices
Raising credits for customers
Chasing payments, handling invoice queries
Passing invoices to Managers to approve payment
Processing payments
Bank Reconciliation
Raising and chasing Purchase Orders
Payroll
Assisting the General Manager with accounts preparation as needed
Requirements:
Have Bookkeeping/Accounts experience
Are proficient using IT systems including Sage 50
Are available to start a temporary role immediately
