Temporary Administrator role to provide essential support during a long-term sick leave. Position requires 18-20 hours per week spread across 3 days (Monday required).
Job Responsibility:
Meet & Greet: Welcome visitors and direct them to the relevant personnel
Call Handling: Field all incoming calls, ensuring inquiries are addressed promptly
Admin Tasks: Assist with Excel and email-based administration as needed
Team Support: Be the go-to person for any additional tasks required by the team
Requirements:
Previous administrative experience
Friendly and approachable demeanour
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
