Job Description:

Temporary Administrator position supporting a compassionate team dedicated to improving lives in social care, providing exceptional residential, nursing, and specialist dementia care services

Job Responsibility:

  • Handling incoming calls and queries with a friendly demeanour
  • Managing and organising documentation efficiently
  • Assisting with data entry and maintaining accurate records
  • Supporting the team with various administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative tools
  • A positive attitude and a passion for helping others
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus
  • Basic DBS Required
