Office Angels are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client in Hull for a Temporary Administrator to support the business for approximately 6 weeks during a busy year-end finance period. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent attention to detail.
Job Responsibility
Updating and maintaining internal systems
Accurate data entry and record management
Inputting and processing information using Excel
Supporting the finance team with year-end administration
General administrative duties as required
Ensuring all information is processed accurately and efficiently
Requirements
Previous administration experience is essential
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Confident using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload
Available to start at short notice
Nice to have
Finance experience would be beneficial but is not essential
