Job Description:

Are you available immediately and looking for temporary work? Office Angels are proud to be supporting this expanding business in recruiting additional administration cover to help whilst they recruit permanently. Their rural offices are based on the outskirts of Tenterden so own transport is essential.

Job Responsibility:

Answering calls to the office
Covering reception, dealing with customers face to face
Diary management, arranging appointments and sending reminders
Sales administration, processing payments, sending invoices
Updating stock reports and price lists
Assisting with events, social media posts and marketing material
Updating customer data, complying with GDPR
Ordering stationary and office supplies
Other administration as required

Requirements:

Possess strong Administration skills
Have excellent customer service
Can start a new role immediately
