Job Responsibility:
Supporting the internal team with customer service tasks
Placing and raising sales and purchase orders
Completing bookings from suppliers
Assisting with customer queries
Expediting purchase orders
Coordinating deliveries to customers
General office administration
Requirements:
Prior experience in a similar customer service or administrative position
Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
A driving license would be advantageous
