Providing crucial support within the Early Learning Admin space, this role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to hit the ground running. Job Responsibility:
High-Level Admin Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the team, ensuring daily operations run smoothly
Excel Management: Utilise Excel to manage data, update trackers, and maintain accurate records
HR Assistance: Provide ad hoc support to HR functions, including document preparation and basic coordination
Document Control: Manage electronic filing, data entry, and the formatting of professional documents
General Coordination: Handle incoming queries and provide ad hoc administrative support to the broader team as required
Requirements:
Strong experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Proactive mindset, takes initiative and can work autonomously
Previous experience or a basic understanding of HR administrative processes is highly desirable
Must possess (or be willing to obtain) a Blue Card
