Job Description:

Are you an organised and enthusiastic individual looking to make a difference in the Construction industry? This is the perfect opportunity for you! We're seeking a Temporary Administrator to support our client's dynamic team.

Job Responsibility:

Answer inbound calls and direct them to the appropriate department
Monitor the generic inbox and delegate tasks where needed
Input data into internal CRM systems
Send quotes to internal and external suppliers
Provide general ad-hoc admin support to keep the team running smoothly

Requirements:

Previous experience in an admin role is essential
Strong communication skills to foster teamwork and collaboration
Comfortable working in a small team and using your own initiative
Highly organised with a helpful attitude
IT literate, with proficiency in Outlook, basic Excel, and CRM systems
