• Be the first point of contact for customers and clients
• Answer incoming calls in a warm and courteous manner
• Schedule appointments and manage surveyor's diaries
• Manage shared office inbox
• Respond to general enquiries
• Direct messages to appropriate team members
• Oversee document management processes
• Proofread for accuracy
• Format documents for consistency and compliance
• Assist with general office administration
• Digital and paper filing
• Photocopying and scanning
• Maintain and update internal systems with accurate client information

• Previous experience in an administration role
• Top notch customer service skills
• Excellent organisational skills
• Keen eye for detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and Teams
• Due to location, own transportation is required
