Job Responsibility:
General administration and office support
Handling emails, correspondence, and document management
Supporting colleagues with ad hoc tasks
Using IT systems confidently to input and manage information
Providing support services to the training team
Ordering stationery and PPE, coordinating events, booking room
Requirements:
Previous administration experience
Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office essential)
Confident communicator with excellent organisational skills
Positive, team-focused attitude
Experience supporting customers and using MS Outlook to manage calendars
