Job Responsibility:
Providing general administrative support to the wider team
Handling incoming calls and emails in a professional manner
Updating internal databases and maintaining accurate records
Supporting with scheduling, data entry and document preparation
Assisting with ad-hoc office tasks as required
Requirements:
Proven administrative experience
Strong IT skills (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to help out wherever needed
