Temporary Part-Time Administrator to support a busy Facilities team with a range of administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone with strong excel skills and a proactive approach to office support.
Job Responsibility:
Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets to track maintenance, contractors, and compliance
Coordinate appointments and manage documentation for repairs and services
Process invoices and purchase orders, and assist with budget tracking
Handle facilities-related enquiries via email and phone
Support general administrative tasks including filing, meeting preparation, and health & safety documentation
Requirements:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Previous experience in an administrative role
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
