We're currently recruiting for a Temporary Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced team based in Dunston. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience, particularly in Excel, who is available to start immediately.
Job Responsibility:
Answering incoming landline telephone calls
Handling and coordinating service calls
Using Excel to support invoicing processes and update trackers
Preparing purchase orders, client acknowledgements, delivery notes and invoices
Creating accurate estimates using an Excel-based system
Receiving deliveries of goods and supplies
Carrying out stock counts when required
Requirements:
Strong administrative experience
Confident telephone manner
Excellent Excel skills (essential)
Ability to work in a busy, hands-on environment
