Job Description:

We are seeking a confident and detail-oriented Administrator to join a long standing and supportive team who are very proud to be working as part of the Hinkley Point C project. This is a full-time temporary role for a minimum of 3 months therefore you must be available immediately or on a very short notice period and able to commit to the full duration. This role is based on-site at Hinkley Point C therefore you must live locally to Bridgwater, Somerset.

Job Responsibility:

Validate requisition sheets received from engineers and quantity surveyors
Generate accurate PO numbers on the in-house system based on validated requisitions
Ensure procurement and sales admin processes run smoothly and efficiently
Liaise with both commercial and finance teams to ensure alignment
Support the resolution of ongoing issues by stepping into a key administrative role

Requirements:

Previous experience in procurement and/or sales administration
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Confident IT user
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A proactive attitude and the ability to work on your own initiative
