Job Description

We are seeking a confident and detail-oriented Administrator to join a long standing and supportive team who are very proud to be working as part of the Hinkley Point C project. This is a full-time temporary role for a minimum of 3 months therefore you must be available immediately or on a very short notice period and able to commit to the full duration. This role is based on-site at Hinkley Point C therefore you must live locally to Bridgwater, Somerset.

Job Responsibility

  • Validate requisition sheets received from engineers and quantity surveyors
  • Generate accurate PO numbers on the in-house system based on validated requisitions
  • Ensure procurement and sales admin processes run smoothly and efficiently
  • Liaise with both commercial and finance teams to ensure alignment
  • Support the resolution of ongoing issues by stepping into a key administrative role

Requirements

  • Previous experience in procurement and/or sales administration
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Confident IT user
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work on your own initiative
