We're working with one of our Housing Associations who are looking for a Temporary Senior Administrator to join their team. You'll play a key role in delivering top-notch customer service and supporting housing processes from application through to tenancy sign-up.
Job Responsibility:
Be the first point of contact for housing enquiries, resolving issues quickly
Provide admin support to the team and assist customers in line with company policies
Manage applications, waiting lists, and tenancy paperwork
Help customers with bidding and maintain online platforms
Prepare documents for court
Support promotional events and training sessions
Handle complaints professionally and keep customers informed
Work flexibly to meet service needs and uphold data protection and equality standards
Requirements:
Previous experience in an Administration position
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
Customer-focused approach with problem-solving skills
