Job Description:

Office Angels is currently recruiting on behalf of a well established property company seeking a Temporary Administrator to provide essential support during the busy summer period. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with strong administrative skills to gain valuable experience in a dynamic property environment.

Job Responsibility:

Preparing and issuing residential lease agreements
registering tenant deposits in accordance with relevant regulations
drafting property descriptions and managing online advertising platforms
handling incoming telephone enquiries and providing courteous assistance
liaising with applicants and chasing references to support the lettings process.

Requirements:

A full, clean UK driving license
prior experience in an administration role is essential
excellent written and verbal communication skills
strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
professional telephone manner and customer service orientation
ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment.
