Job Description

We are initially seeking a Temporary Administrator, who ultimately wants to secure a permanent post, for our client's busy Surveying team. This is a customer-focused role that requires excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Job Responsibility

  • Customer Interaction: Handle incoming customer calls with professionalism and empathy
  • CRM Management: Using a Microsoft-linked CRM system, to input and manage customer and project data
  • Reports: Proofread and check spelling and grammar in reports produced by the Surveying team before submission to clients
  • Database Input: Populate and maintain databases accurately
  • prior experience in data entry is preferred
  • Microsoft Office Use: Excel: Daily use for inputting data into pre-populated sheets. Ability to filter and navigate various reports generated by the CRM is essential
  • PowerPoint: Basic use required
  • Word: Regular use for editing and reviewing documents

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and written communication skills
  • Confident telephone manner and customer service experience
  • Comfortable working with databases and CRM systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
