Office Angels urgently needs a Temporary Receptionist/Administrator to assist our client in the Dundee area. The role involves providing administrative and reception support, managing emails and databases, handling calls, and greeting visitors. The ideal candidate is organised, customer-service focused, proficient in Microsoft Office, and able to work independently in a busy environment.
Job Responsibility:
Answer and direct incoming calls and assist with any queries
Format and type up documents on Microsoft Word
Manage the company inbox and answer any emails quickly and efficiently
Cover the reception area and greet and assist any visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Manage and update the company database
Provide administrative support across different departments
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative role
A confident and positive attitude with a strong focus on customer service
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Be self-motivated and be able to work independently to complete your daily duties
Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills and a positive attitude
