Our client, a well-established facilities management company based in NG13, is looking for an organised and reliable Administrator to support their busy team. This is a part-time position working three days per week, offering flexibility and long-term potential with the opportunity to go permanent for the right person.

Job Responsibility

  • Answering incoming calls on company mobile phones and accurately taking messages relating to maintenance bookings and repair requests
  • Monitoring the shared email inbox and responding where appropriate
  • Sending queries, requests, and job details to the correct internal teams or external contacts
  • Accurate data entry and updating records on the company CRM system
  • Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties as required

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, email, and general IT systems
  • Able to prioritise tasks in a busy environment
