Our client, a well-established facilities management company based in NG13, is looking for an organised and reliable Administrator to support their busy team. This is a part-time position working three days per week, offering flexibility and long-term potential with the opportunity to go permanent for the right person.
Job Responsibility:
Answering incoming calls on company mobile phones and accurately taking messages relating to maintenance bookings and repair requests
Monitoring the shared email inbox and responding where appropriate
Sending queries, requests, and job details to the correct internal teams or external contacts
Accurate data entry and updating records on the company CRM system
Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties as required
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role
Confident and professional telephone manner
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
Comfortable using CRM systems, email, and general IT systems
