We are seeking a dependable and highly organized Temporary Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining a smooth and efficient workplace environment by assisting with a variety of administrative and coordination tasks.
Job Responsibility
Manage and coordinate incoming and outgoing mail deliveries
Assist with catering coordination for meetings and office events
Support calendar management and scheduling for meetings and appointments
Help maintain overall office organization and coordination
Order and track office supplies as needed
Provide general administrative support to staff and leadership
Assist with special projects and additional office duties as assigned
Requirements
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
