Our client is seeking a reliable and detail‑driven Temporary Administrative Assistant to support their busy eLearning and Exams functions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills who is confident working with data, systems and customer enquiries. Job Responsibility:
Enrolling candidates onto online learning courses via the internal platform
Extending course access as required
Managing the eLearning inbox and assisting clients with email enquiries or basic technical issues
Recording completed CPD courses accurately within the CRM system
Enrolling candidates onto scheduled exams
Responding to certificate address confirmations and feedback queries using set templates
Issuing exam results
Uploading results and CPD delegate information into the CRM
Updating online registers with successful candidate details
Forwarding certificate address information to the internal team responsible for posting
Data entry and system updates
Web‑based research
Providing occasional phone support
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail with a methodical approach
Reliable and committed to supporting the team throughout the assignment
Some administrative or CRM experience preferred
Comfortable managing email inboxes and supporting customers with clear communication
