Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and highly organized Temporary Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining a smooth and efficient workplace environment by assisting with a variety of administrative and coordination tasks.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage and coordinate incoming and outgoing mail deliveries
  • Assist with catering coordination for meetings and office events
  • Support calendar management and scheduling for meetings and appointments
  • Help maintain overall office organization and coordination
  • Order and track office supplies as needed
  • Provide general administrative support to staff and leadership
  • Assist with special projects and additional office duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
