Job Description:

Our client, a leading car showroom, is seeking a dynamic and personable individual to join their team as a Temporary Ad Hoc Car Showroom Receptionist. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with customers and has a passion for the automotive industry.

Job Responsibility:

Greet and welcome customers as they enter the showroom
Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about vehicles and services
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Schedule appointments and manage the showroom calendar
Support the sales team with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
