Job Description:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast paced, friendly and dynamic company predominantly to provide a full administrative support to the business.

Job Responsibility:

  • Purchase Ledger
  • Contacting clients regarding payment queries
  • Calling clients to remind them they only have 7 days to pay prior to their appointment
  • Liaising with external and internal customers
  • Assisting all departments with general administration duties as required

Requirements:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Highly organised
  • Confident using Sage Line 50
