We're looking for a Temporaries Consultant to take ownership of a long‑standing, high-performing desk covering Staines and the surrounding areas.   • Winning new business and building strong, lasting relationships with schools and clients, while developing existing partnerships
  • Sourcing, interviewing and placing high-quality education professionals into temporary roles
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate attraction through to placement and ongoing client support
  • Driving revenue growth by successfully matching schools with the talent they need
  • Taking ownership of your targets and consistently achieving and exceeding KPIs
  • Working closely with our Key Accounts and Partnerships team to maximise opportunities across your territory
  • Contributing to a driven, ambitious team culture and leading by example
