Role summary: The expert will design and configure branded templates for Word, PowerPoint and Excel, plus related document assets such as e-mail signatures, ensuring that all templates are functional, user-friendly, accessible and compatible with the technical environments specified by the contracting authority. This is a critical role in this tender because template performance is a core part of the scope.
Job Responsibility:
Design and build branded templates for Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Ensure templates reflect corporate identity standards in fonts, colours, styles and structure
Prepare user guidance for template use
Ensure compatibility with Microsoft Office, LibreOffice, OnlyOffice and PDF.js or equivalent
Ensure templates are accessible and do not rely on macros
Adjust and refine templates based on user feedback during implementation
Requirements:
At least 7-10 years of relevant experience in document template design, Office-based visual systems, or branded document engineering
Proven experience creating Word, PowerPoint and Excel templates for institutional or corporate use
Strong understanding of paragraph styles, master slides, document structure, pagination, headers and template behaviour
Demonstrated knowledge of accessibility requirements in document templates
Experience ensuring compatibility across multiple office/document platforms
Experience working in digital and multilingual contexts
Nice to have:
Familiarity with document management environments and PDF preview issues
Experience with template deployment for public institutions or large organisations
