Job Responsibility

  • Provide a warm, professional welcome to clients and visitors, offering personalised assistance throughout their visit
  • Prepare and organise meeting rooms to ensure they are fully set up and ready for use
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation across the office and kitchen areas
  • Act as the go-to contact for office queries and support
  • Manage office supplies using workplace systems, ensuring timely restocking
  • Coordinate with couriers and oversee deliveries and inventory
  • Liaise with external suppliers for maintenance and repairs (including facilities, plumbing, and plant care)
