Job Description:

We're on the lookout for a Transport Administrator to join our client's busy operations team in Godalming. You will play a key role in keeping the fleet running smoothly and ensuring their customers receive top-notch service every time!

Job Responsibility:

  • Communicating clearly and professionally with drivers, customers, and partners
  • Supporting daily dispatch and delivery operations
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues quickly and efficiently
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless logistics
  • Managing tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

  • Strong IT skills and confidence using systems in a busy setting
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • Experience in customer service or admin roles (logistics experience is a bonus - but not essential!)
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure
