We're on the lookout for a Transport Administrator to join our client's busy operations team in Godalming. You will play a key role in keeping the fleet running smoothly and ensuring their customers receive top-notch service every time!
Job Responsibility:
Communicating clearly and professionally with drivers, customers, and partners
Supporting daily dispatch and delivery operations
Troubleshooting and resolving issues quickly and efficiently
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless logistics
Managing tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
Strong IT skills and confidence using systems in a busy setting
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
Experience in customer service or admin roles (logistics experience is a bonus - but not essential!)
Ability to juggle multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure
