Our client, a mission-driven nonprofit organization, is seeking a Contract-to-Perm Talent Acquisition Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, proactive HR professional with strong communication skills, experience supporting recruiting or HR operations, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, hybrid environment.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, required.
3+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or HR operations in a non-profit environment, required.
Experience supporting onboarding processes and ensuring a seamless new hire experience from offer through integration.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or HRIS platforms
Workday experience strongly preferred.
Proven ability to manage shared inboxes and respond to employee and candidate inquiries with professionalism and timeliness.
Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience maintaining data accuracy, documentation, and compliance-related processes (I-9, background checks, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain processes and provide guidance to stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
