Job Description:

As the Front of House Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers for a lovely medium sized law firm.

Job Responsibility:

  • Greet clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and post
  • Maintain the reception area to a high standard
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
  • Liaise with partners and support staff to ensure smooth client flow
  • Handle basic administrative tasks (e.g. scanning, filing, data entry)
  • Assist with hospitality (e.g. refreshments for meetings)
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate with suppliers

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role ideally within legal settings
  • Immaculate presentation and a professional demeanour
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
