Our client, an investment advisory firm based in Northern New Jersey, is seeking a Temp-to-Perm HR Manager to lead and elevate its HR function. This role will oversee all aspects of HR operations, including payroll, HRIS, People Analytics, performance management, talent acquisition, benefits review and implementation, training, HR policy review and management, while building scalable infrastructure to support a small organization in growth mode. The ideal candidate is a hands-on HR leader who can balance strategy and execution, bring structure to a fast-paced environment, and serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and elevate its HR function
Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including payroll, HRIS, People Analytics, performance management, talent acquisition, benefits review and implementation, training, HR policy review and management

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
advanced degree preferred
5+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience in a growing, fast-paced organization
Demonstrated experience overseeing HR operations, including payroll, HRIS, compliance, performance management, benefits administration, and talent acquisition
Hands-on HRIS experience required
experience leading system implementations or process improvements strongly preferred
Proven ability to build and streamline HR processes, policies, and infrastructure to support organizational scale
Collaborative, roll-up-your-sleeves leadership style with strong communication and relationship-building skills
