Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, preferred
2+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Coordinator role, with exposure to benefits administration, required
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees and senior stakeholders
Proven ability to manage a shared HR inbox, respond to employee inquiries, and ensure timely follow-up with accuracy and professionalism
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive, service-oriented mindset and willingness to learn
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment
