Are you ready to take the lead in crafting high-quality, customer-focused proposals? Our client, a dynamic player in the Information Technology & Telecommunications industry, is seeking a talented Proposals Manager to join their team on a temporary basis for 9 months. This exciting role is based in the heart of The City of London!

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the development of impactful RFP responses that stand out
  • Exhibit strong leadership to set expectations and balance workloads across the team
  • Ensure all proposals are compliant and responsive to client requirements
  • Organise proposal kick-off calls, meetings, and review sessions
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, technical, and corporate teams across various time zones
  • Maintain an up-to-date corporate knowledge database (RFPIO) for easy access

Requirements:

  • APMP certification (preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in proposal management or a similar field
  • Proficient in professional proposal development, technical writing, and marketing
  • Strong leader with the ability to thrive in a team environment
  • Familiar with Salesforce and RFP tools like Responsive
  • Advanced skills in MS Word, with a good grasp of Excel and PDF formats
