Serve as subject matter expert on implementation of Oracle ERP General Ledger for all program releases
Provide guidance and recommendations on best practices for financial processes and Oracle ERP General Ledger configurations
Perform fit/gap analysis and identify solutions for gaps and opportunities for optimizations
Collaborate with Finance SMEs on requirements gathering and translate into functional specifications and design documents
Collaborate with technical teams to define solutions for Citi specific customizations, extensions, and integrations
Oversee the configuration of Oracle ERP General Ledger application in line with agreed requirements and solution design
Provide support through testing, data conversion and cutover activities
Liaise with Oracle Support and product management team to resolve applications issues and champion Citi’s interests in the product roadmap
