Job Responsibility
Resolve first level support requests from Customers, Sales Companies, Suppliers, and Forwarders
Escalating to Order Support when necessary
Accurately processing, facilitating changes and updates to customer and supplier purchase orders according to standard SOP’s in an ERP system
Assist in shipping arrangements and documents for customer orders
Coordinating with support functions (Order Support, Whse, Quality, etc) when needed
Requirements
Relevant education
Preferred 2+ years of service experience in a distribution / operations environment
Proficient typing ability
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both written and verbally in English and local language
organized

Is driven to handle customer / supplier requests in a speedy manner
