Job Description:

The purpose of this job is to be the first point of contact in the Distribution Centres with our customers, sales companies, suppliers, and forwarders acting on various types of correspondence and executing a series of tasks based on standard SOP’s.

Job Responsibility:

  • Resolve first level support requests from Customers, Sales Companies, Suppliers , and Forwarders. Escalating to Order Support when necessary
  • Accurately processing, facilitating changes and updates to customer and supplier purchase orders according to standard SOP’s in an ERP system
  • Assist in shipping arrangements and documents for customer orders
  • Coordinating with support functions (Order Support, Whse, Quality, etc) when needed

Requirements:

  • Relevant education
  • Preferred 2+ years of service experience in a distribution / operations environment
