Job Responsibility
Provide a warm, professional welcome to clients and visitors, offering personalised assistance throughout their visit
Prepare and organise the meeting spaces to ensure that they are presentable and usable for the meetings going on
Be the go to person for any office based queries/tasks - will turn your hand to anything
Create a friendly and energetic office space
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation across the office and kitchen areas
Act as the go-to contact for office queries and support
Manage office supplies using workplace systems, ensuring timely restocking
Coordinate with couriers and oversee deliveries and inventory
Liaise with external suppliers for maintenance and repairs
Keep staff informed with regular updates on workplace processes, changes, and initiatives
Requirements
Previous experience in office or workplace management
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
A strong organisational mindset with the ability to multitask
Confidence using systems and coordinating multiple priorities
