Key Responsibilities • Hardware Provisioning: Prepare, configure, and test new and replacement desktop and laptop hardware (PC-based) for deployment. • Imaging & Deployment: Utilize enterprise deployment tools to image devices with standardized corporate builds. • Software Configuration: Install and configure essential productivity software, including Microsoft Office Suite and specialized security applications. • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate tracking of hardware assets for the US and Canada regions using asset management systems. • Quality Assurance: Perform post-imaging checks to ensure all peripherals, network connectivity (VPN/Wi-Fi), and BIOS settings meet company standards. • Logistics Support: Coordinate the packaging and shipping of prepared devices to remote personnel across North America.
