Job Responsibility

  • Speaker & Stakeholder Management: Handle all communications from initial outreach to post-event follow-up
  • On-Site VIP Support: Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a seamless experience for all attendees
  • Content Management: Create and maintain accurate event platform and mobile app content, ensuring timely updates
  • Website Updates: Carry out routine updates related to events on the organisation's website
  • Event Execution Support: Assist with on-site coordination, including: Green room management, Slide management, General event support
  • Administrative Duties: Efficiently handle queries and support the delivery of conference dinners and social events

Requirements

  • Previous experience in event coordination or support
