Job Responsibility:
General Diary Management: Keep schedules organised and up-to-date
Scheduling Appointments: Arrange meetings and ensure all parties are informed
Travel Arrangements: Plan and coordinate travel for staff as needed
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of appointments, meetings, and important dates
Ad hoc Administration: Provide general administrative support as required
Requirements:
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with diary management systems
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
