Job Description:

We are looking for a Temp Concierge with relevant experience and attention to detail to join our team on a contract basis in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role involves providing exceptional front desk and guest services at a high-profile location, ensuring smooth operations and a positive experience for all visitors. The position will cover for a leave period, with an opportunity to begin a few weeks prior for training and onboarding.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk, greeting visitors and addressing inquiries with courtesy and a focus on service
  • Collaborate closely with the security team to maintain the safety and security of the building and its occupants
  • Oversee the daily operations of a 47-floor building, serving approximately 3,000 individuals
  • Assist in coordinating and setting up events in the lobby, ensuring all arrangements meet high standards
  • Provide guidance and support to tenants and guests, offering solutions to any issues or concerns
  • Maintain a neat and detail-oriented appearance, adhering to uniform requirements and representing the organization effectively
  • Utilize computer systems, including Microsoft Office and Internet applications, to perform administrative tasks and correspondence
  • Respond promptly to email and phone inquiries, ensuring clear and efficient communication
  • Uphold organizational policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with established standards
  • Remain adaptable and flexible to handle dynamic situations and anticipate the needs of others

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in front desk, concierge, or guest services roles in a detail-oriented environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and Internet applications
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, unless medically accommodated
  • A detail-oriented demeanor with a positive and engaging personality
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with security teams and other departments
