Our client is looking for two reliable and trustworthy Archiving Assistants to work alongside each other on an important document clearance project at their former Head Office, helping to get the job completed as efficiently as possible. Hours: 8:30am-4:30pm or 9:00am-5:00pm (flexible). Duration: 1-3 weeks (until the project is complete). The building is currently undergoing works as the business prepares to sell it, making this a time-sensitive and important project.
Job Responsibility:
Reviewing and organising archived documents and paperwork
Working collaboratively to sort through 24 boxes of files
Carefully identifying documents for shredding
Boxing and cataloguing documents to be retained, with clear reference lists
Handling highly confidential information with care and discretion
Requirements:
