Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Teller in the Consumer, Small & Business Banking division. The role involves supporting customer engagement, managing teller transactions, and helping the community build its financial backbone.

Job Responsibility:

support customer engagement by processing teller transactions
share digital solutions
make appropriate introductions to bankers
complete operational activities while minimizing risks
perform routine transactional and operational tasks
interact with customers to build relationships and complete requested transactions
identify information and services to meet customers' financial needs

Requirements:

6+ months of interacting with customers experience
military experience and currently enrolled in a college or university program
customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions
ability to educate and connect customers to technology
ability to interact with integrity and professionalism
experience working with others on a team
cash handling experience
ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations
ability to identify potential fraud/risky accounts
well-organized, independent and able to prioritize
ability to exercise judgment, raise questions to management, and adhere to policy guidelines
relevant military experience in benefits management, personnel orders, readiness operations, human resources or recruiting
proficient with sourcing, acquiring, building and maintaining relationships with customers and colleagues
