Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Teller in our Consumer, Small & Business Banking division. You are part of the fabric of the local community, helping provide the financial service backbone for its residents, employees and local businesses. Job Responsibility:

Support customer engagement by processing teller transactions
Share digital solutions and make introductions to bankers
Complete operational activities while minimizing risks
Perform routine transactional, operational, and customer support tasks
Receive direction from managers and exercise judgment
Escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles
Interact with customers to demonstrate care and build relationships
Identify information and services to meet customers financial needs

Requirements:

6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education
Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays
This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship

Nice to have:

6+ months of experience interacting with people
Military experience and currently enrolled in college or university program
Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions
Ability to educate customers on technology and mobile banking
Cash handling experience
Ability to identify potential fraud/risky accounts
Well-organized and able to prioritize in fast-paced environment
Proficient with building and maintaining customer relationships
