Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Teller in the Consumer, Small & Business Banking division as part of the National Branch Network. This role involves being part of the local community fabric, providing financial service backbone for residents, employees and local businesses. Job Responsibility:

Support customer engagement by processing teller transactions
Share digital solutions and make appropriate introductions to bankers
Complete operational activities while minimizing risks
Perform routine transactional, operational, and customer support tasks
Receive direction from managers and exercise judgment within policies
Escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles
Interact with customers to demonstrate care and build relationships
Identify information and services to meet customers financial needs

Requirements:

6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays
No Visa sponsorship eligibility

Nice to have:

6+ months of experience interacting with people
Military experience and currently enrolled in college or university
Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems
Ability to educate and connect customers to technology and share mobile banking value
Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism
Experience working with others on a team
Cash handling experience
Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations
Ability to identify potential fraud/risky accounts
Well-organized, independent and able to prioritize in fast-paced environment
Ability to exercise judgment and raise questions to management
Relevant military experience including personnel benefits management
Proficient with proactively sourcing and maintaining customer relationships
