Job Description:

Part-time Teller position at Wells Fargo in Newport Beach, CA, supporting customer engagement through teller transactions, digital solutions, and connecting customers with bankers. Part of the Consumer, Small & Business Banking division in the National Branch Network.

Job Responsibility:

Support customer engagement by processing teller transactions
Share digital solutions and make appropriate introductions to bankers
Complete operational activities while minimizing risks under established policies
Perform routine transactional, operational, and customer support tasks
Receive direction from managers and exercise judgment within defined policies
Escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles
Interact with customers to demonstrate care, build relationships, and complete transactions
Identify information and services to meet customers financial needs

Requirements:

6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays
Not eligible for Visa sponsorship

Nice to have:

6+ months of experience interacting with people
Military experience and currently enrolled in college or university program
Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems
Ability to educate and connect customers to technology
Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism
Experience working with others on a team
Cash handling experience
Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations
Ability to identify potential fraud/risky accounts
Well-organized, independent and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Ability to exercise judgment and raise questions to management
Relevant military experience including personnel benefits management
Proficient with proactively sourcing, acquiring, building, and maintaining relationships
