Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Teller in the Consumer, Small & Business Banking division as part of the National Branch Network. This role involves being part of the local community fabric, helping provide financial services for residents, employees and local businesses. The position offers tremendous opportunity to establish a career at Wells Fargo.

Job Responsibility:

Support customer engagement by processing teller transactions
Share digital solutions and make appropriate introductions to bankers
Complete operational activities while minimizing risks under established policies
Perform routine transactional, operational, and customer support tasks
Receive direction from managers and exercise judgment within defined policies
Escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles
Interact with customers to demonstrate care, build relationships, and complete transactions
Identify information and services to meet customers financial needs

Requirements:

6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
Bilingual Spanish and English speakers preferred
Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays
Must be eligible to work in the US (not eligible for Visa sponsorship)

Nice to have:

6+ months of experience interacting with people
Military experience and currently enrolled in college or university
Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems
Ability to educate and connect customers to technology and share mobile banking value
Cash handling experience
Ability to identify potential fraud/risky accounts and take appropriate action
Well-organized, independent and able to prioritize in fast-paced environment
Proficient with proactively sourcing, acquiring, building, and maintaining relationships with customers and colleagues
