We are seeking a customer-focused, driven and proactive individual to help drive customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth across our growing waste services division. Through targeted outbound calls, you’ll build strong customer relationships, identify opportunities, and help customers maximise the value of our waste management solutions.
Job Responsibility
Build strong customer relationships through proactive contact
manage and develop an existing customer base within waste
follow up on opportunities and customer needs quickly
carry out regular account reviews
keep CRM records accurate and up to date
act as a key link across the business
Requirements
Experience in telesales, customer management, account management or customer success, ideally in a telephone-based role
can manage inbound and outbound customer contact professionally
track record of identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
comfortable working to KPIs, deadlines and service standards
can use CRM systems, Excel and customer data confidently
