They are now looking for a driven, resilient Telesales Executive to focus on booking qualified meetings for the Sales Manager to close.
Job Responsibility:
Proactive outbound calling, handling gatekeepers and objections to book qualified meetings
Full ownership and accountability for your own sales pipeline and targets
Utilising digital marketing channels including LinkedIn, email campaigns, e-shots and mail shots
Collaborating with the wider sales team to generate ideas that support growth and performance
Requirements:
Experience in a target-driven role (B2B, B2C, telesales, appointment setting, etc.)
Resilient, motivated and comfortable working in a high-volume outbound environment
Creative thinker who enjoys testing new ideas and approaches
Open to feedback, coaching and continuous improvement
Takes ownership and accountability for results
