Job Responsibility
Conduct structured outbound calls to prospective and existing offshore regional customers to promote premium banking products and services
Deeply understand customer financial profiles and needs to offer tailored banking solutions
Actively drive performance metrics, meeting key indicators like daily calls, turnaround times (TAT), and sales volumes
Build long-term trust and customer relationships to encourage ongoing engagement and business referrals
Accurately log, update, and maintain customer information and detailed pipeline activities within the corporate CRM system
Coordinate smoothly with Sales Admin and Quality Assurance (QA) teams to deliver a flawless client journey
Requirements
Open to active Fresh Graduates or candidates with proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, inside sales, or retail banking outbound desks
Strong verbal communication skills, persuasive delivery, and clear negotiation capabilities
A positive attitude with high intrinsic motivation and the grit to navigate rejection smoothly in a high-energy sales environment
Minimum of a High School Diploma, SPM, Diploma, or equivalent
